1.When does this privacy statement apply?

This privacy statement applies to all personal data about you that we collect, use, share and store as a result of your order for goods and the related issuing of invoice orders and forwarding orders.

2. Who is responsible for your data?

Fan Gift processes personal data only for the fulfilment of the customer order and invoicing and forwarding orders. Personal data are not passed on to non-authorised parties.

3. What data we collect and how.

We collect personal data about users: (1) name and contact details; (2) data for shipping; (3) data for invoicing.

Fan Gift uses your data for the purposes of fulfilling your order and maintaining contact with you. For administrative purposes and to meet legal requirements related to accounting.

5. what third parties have access to your personal data

We may exchange your data with or share your data with third parties for the following two purposes: bookkeeping of documents and dispatch of orders.

6. How we secure your data and how long we keep it.

Personal data is stored for 5 years, which is a legal requirement in accounting in Poland. Personal data cannot be accessed by unauthorised parties.

7. How the user can exercise their statutory rights.

You may contact our customer service department to exercise any of the following rights you have under applicable data protection legislation, which include (1) the right to access your data; (2) the right to rectify it; (3) the right to erasure; (4) the right to restrict processing; (5) the right to data portability; (6) the right to object to processing. Fan Gift may refuse to erase your personal data in cases where the processing of such data is necessary for the fulfilment of legal obligations.
